both Jerseys and T-Shirts.

Here are the details!

Jersey Notes:

Ø February 28th is the order deadline to guarantee arrival of the jersey(s) for the event. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis after February 28th from the jerseys we have in stock. There will be no jersey orders placed after the event this year.

Ø To order, visit the Little Red Riding Hood website ( http://www.bccutah.org/lrrh/ ) and select “Boutique”. The boutique will open around 1st of February. You cannot order clothing at active.com or Bingham’s.

Ø Two styles of jerseys will be available to try on, Razorbacks and Cap Sleeve. The Sleeveless and short sleeve jerseys will be the SAME sizing as the Cap Sleeve.

T-Shirt, clothing and accessory Notes:

Ø There are two styles of T-Shirts. Traditional Fit and Fitted Silhouette. Both will be available to try on.

Ø Order your complementary T-shirt during registration on the Active.com Site.

Ø Additional T-shirts can be ordered on line at the Little Red Boutique along with other clothing and accessory items.

Ø March 13th is the order deadline to guarantee arrival of clothing and accessories for the event. Orders will be filled on a first come first serve basis after March 13th from the inventory we have in stock.

The Little Red Lottery Registration is Here!!

The Little Red Lottery Registration is now open!
 

 

 NEW THIS YEAR. HERE ARE THE DETAILS!

A lottery will be held to fill the 3,500 slots we have available for Little Red Riding Hood 2013. No need to rush! You will be able to enter the lottery at your leisure between January 21, 2013 at 6 AM MST and January 27, 2013 at 11:59 PM MST.

HOW CAN I RIDE WITH MY FRIENDS???
We know that many of you want to ride with your friends, so this year you and your friends can get together and enter the lottery as a team (2-10 riders per team). Of course, because the teams will be part of the lottery too, that means that you and your friends will either be all in or all out. The lottery will be constructed such that you will have the same chance of being selected to ride whether you enter as a team or an individual. NOTE: You cannot enter as both a team member and an individual!

Lottery and Registration Process
Between January 21st and January 27th, you can enter the lottery by going to the Active.com web site and telling us what distance you want to ride and if you are a member of a team. If you are registering as a team, the team captain must be the first one on your team to register and she must enter the team name so it will be available for the other team members to select when they register. Note that on Active's registration confirmation page there is a link into Active that allows the team captain to send email invitations to other riders to join her team.

Lottery Rules:
Only one lottery entry per person.
More than one lottery entry by an individual will result in removal of all entries by that person.
Each lottery entrant must have their own, unique email address
Unless the rider is under the age of 18 in which case a parent can enter the Lottery their dependent child as well as themselves using the same email address.
If you are riding a tandem or you're a mother riding with your daughter you should enter as a team so you're either both in or both out.
After the lottery period ends, on January 27th, we will randomly select those teams and those individuals for the ride.
Those selected (team members and individuals) will receive a special invitation to complete the registration process. This invitation should be received on or about February 1st via email. This special invitation is unique for each rider (based on name and email address) and can only be used by the person selected.
The registration fee is still just $64 per rider for all distances.
Those selected will have until February 6, 11:59 PM MST, to complete the registration process and pay the registration fee. If you do not exercise your invitation within that time frame, it will expire and your spot will be offered to someone else. Those not selected will receive an email (on or about February 6th) indicating that they've not been selected, but remember you still have two other chances to register for Little Red:
If some riders from the original group of selectees fail to complete the registration process, there is still a chance you will be selected, so watch your email for updates.
